Excel Entertainment has been serving northeast Ohio for 20 years!!!! Our DJs are highly trained to professionally handle all of your special occasions. Our DJs are versatile enough to be familiar with most genres of popular music.
Excel Entertainment has been highly regarded by brides, grooms, their families and many area reception halls and party centers for 16 years. Our DJ’s are experienced career entertainers, each of which are selected to
participate in an extensive training program. Because of this program, we can assure the quality and excitement that all of our shows achieve.
Our sound systems are all of the highest quality (Shure, JBL, EV, QSC, Rolls, DBX, Denon, HP). Back-up equipment is always available for all events. We have a constantly growing collection of over fifty thousand song titles and endless entertainment ideas to customize your celebration. If you have a specific song that you want for your event, let us know and we will be sure to have it.
Once you have booked your wedding you will recieve a username and password. This will allow you to begin providing all of the key information for your reception. With the planning site, you can select all of the events that you would like to do at your wedding and make song requests.
Once you feel comfortable with what you have selected we will schedule a pre-event conference. During the conference your DJ will go over all of the details for your event. At this time we will also draw up an itinerary for the evening so the DJ knows exactly how you would like your event to flow. Relax, visit, dance with your guests and enjoy yourself! We've got the party.
Your DJ will coordinate the events of the evening with all of your vendors to insure everything goes according to the plans you have requested.
